ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Official notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Cardston Community Cycling Club, a registered society in the Province of Alberta pursuant to the Societies Act - Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 Chapter S-14 , will be held in accordance with the bylaws of the Society, and shall take place on the 19th day of November, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Civic Centre in Cardston, Alberta.

When: 6:00 pm. November 19, 2025
Where: Cardston Civic Centre - 67 3rd Avenue West Cardston, AB (67 3rd Ave. W).

Note: This meeting is for registered club members. Only members in good standing will be permitted to vote on motions in the meeting.
