ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Official notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Cardston Community Cycling Club, a registered society in the Province of Alberta pursuant to the Societies Act - Revised Statutes of Alberta 2000 Chapter S-14 , will be held in accordance with the bylaws of the Society, and shall take place on the 22nd day of November, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at the Civic Centre in Cardston, Alberta. 

When: 6:00 pm. November 22, 2022 
Where: Cardston Civic Centre - 67 3rd Avenue West Cardston, AB (67 3rd Ave. W).

An agenda will be prepared and posted prior to the meeting date. 

NOTICE OF SPECIAL RESOLUTION: Notice is hereby given that the Cardston Community Cycling Club is proposing amendments to it's bylaws. These amendments can be viewed here, and will be presented at the AGM for member vote.

Note: This meeting is for registered club members. Only members in good standing will be permitted to vote on motions in the meeting.
